Practice Pays off

This little one is the little sister that we thought would never come.  Her big brothers are enamored with her and her parents couldn't be happier.  It was a bright fall day, so I asked Adam to come home early and I got to spend some good time with this little one trying some things out.  Thanks for the practice.

A Friend's Tiny One

They start out so tiny and perfect.

By now my little girl knows the routine, you set her on the bed and I pull up her feet for the diaper change. Today she held her feet up on her own and I thought it was so cute the little things they learn, so I wanted to take a picture, but it took me a few tries to get it right.

Too Dark

Think, think, think. I need more light- Open the blinds!

Too cluttery! What about the cute fairy paintings?

Declutter bed and center baby under paintings. Tada!

Sometime soon I hope I will begin to "see" good places for photos to happen without all this trial and error. Luckily I had a willing subject.

A new nephew

Here is my little sister's first. Awe, so adorable. I think he tripled in size in the three weeks we were visiting, JK.
